1 pkg. frozen shredded potatoes
1 16 oz. pkg sour cream
2 cans cream of chicken soup
3 - 4 Cups Shredded Cheddar cheese
1 Medium onion chopped

Topping:
4 Cups corn flakes
1 stick butter melted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 375 . Mix first 5 ingredients in a large bowl, Pat mixture into a 9x13x2 baking pan
Crush corn Flakes in a gallon bag, add butter and mix thoroughly. Place evenly over potato mixture
Bake for 1 hour.
