4 eggs beaten
1/2 cup oil
1-1/4 cup sugar
3 cups flour (side note says "more flour")
1/2 tsp salt
3 tsp baking powder
2 tsp vanilla or 1 tsp anise flavor and 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º

Sift flour, baking powder, salt, baking powder, salt together. Add vanilla or anise/vanilla.

Mix eggs, oil and sugar. Add flour mixture.Dough will be like cake dough.

Grease pan. Toast on each side between 5-10 minutes. Remove from oven and cut lengthwise, then diagonally 1 or 1-1/2" pieces.
