3/4 cup sugar
1 cup plain flour
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp baking powder
2 tbsp cocoa
1/2 cup milk
3 tbsp melted butter cooled
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Stir sugar, flour, salt and baking powder, cocoa together in 9 inch baking dish. Stir in milk, butter and vanilla. Put in pan and spread out.

Topping:
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
1-1/2 cups water

Mix topping sugar and cocoa. Sprinkle over batter. Pour water over all and bake in 350 oven 45 minutes or until top springs back.
