1 lb 10x Sugar (3-2/3 cups)
1/2 cup cocoa
1/4 cup milk (don't put hardly 1/4 cup milk)
1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
1 tbsp vanilla (1-1/2 tsp vanilla)
1/2 cup nuts (any variety)

Directions:
Directions:
Microwave sugar, cocoa, milk and butter 3 minutes. (cook 4 minutes if butter is not melted good). Use large corning ware dish or deep dish (2 pint size). Cook until butter is melted. Take out, stir until smooth, blend in vanilla and nuts. Spread in buttered 8" square pan. Cool and cut into pieces. Do not cover.

Peanut Butter Fudge
Omit cocoa and add:
1/2 cup peanut butter
Put peanut butter in after microwaving. Do not cook peanut butter.

Beat as usual.
