2 cups Bisquick baking mix
1/4 cup margarine or butter, softened
2 T sugar
2/3 cup milk
1/4 cup raspberry (or any flavor) preserves

GLAZE

2/3 cup powdered sugar
1 T warm water
1/4 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450º

Mix baking mix, margarine and sugar until crumbly. Stir in milk until dough forms, beat 15 strokes. Drop by rounded tablespoonful about 2 inches apart onto lightly greased cookie sheet.

Make a shallow well in center of each with back of spoon; fill with 1 teaspoon of preserve.

Bake until golden, 10-15 minutes. While warm, drizzle with glaze.

GLAZE

Beat powdered sugar, water and vanilla until smooth.

HIGH ALTITUDE: Oven at 475º. Stir in 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour into baking mix. Decrease sugar to 1 T. Cool 2 minutes before removing from cookie sheet.
