8 - 10 apples peeled & sliced
6 t. cinnamon
15 T. sugar
Mix and set aside.

3 c. flour
2½ c. sugar
3 t. baking powder
1½ c. of corn oil
4 eggs
½ t. salt
½ c. orange juice
2½ t. vanilla

Directions:
Grease & flour tube pan.

Layer of batter and layer of apples, repeat.

Bake at 350º for 1 hour & 45 mins.
