1 med onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 Tbs. olive oil
1 14oz can stewed tomatoes, chopped
1 can vegetable broth
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
1 can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 Tbs. chopped jalapeno (from a jar)
Chopped cilantro

In soup pot, add olive oil, onion and garlic, saute over medium heat 3 minutes. Add tomatoes, broth, and cumin. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes. Stir in beans and jalapeno, cooking for 15 more minutes.
