This is a one step smoke marinate good for vegetarians as well as fresh game hunters and seafood.I rarely cook with out using it. It's aged for 90 days so you get the full flavor of all the ingredients. A little go's a long way and it does not spoil no dairy or meat by products in the marinate. We only use vegetable oil for the marinate base and hickory extra with all dried seasonings.
