24 oz Ahi tuna steaks, about 1" thick
2 T dark sesame oil
Salt and Pepper
½ cup butter
2 T wasabi paste (in a tube)
3 green onions, sliced
2 T fresh lemon juice
lemon slice for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
1. Drizzle sesame oil on both sides of each tuna steak. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Combine remaining ingredients in a small sauce pan and heat over low heat until butter is melted. Stir constantly.
3. While heating sauce, heat a heavy frying pan on high heat. Place tuna in pan and sear until crispy and brown. Turn and sear the other side.

Note: 2 minute sear per side for rare
4-5 minutes for well done
