1-1/2 lbs ham, cubed
1 lb salami
1 basket cheese, cubed
Black pepper to taste
1 carton ricotta
2-3 handfuls macaroni cheese
1-1/2 dozen large eggs
Sausage, cubed -- optional

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Mix ham, salami, basket cheese, ricotta and pepper together. Beat eggs until slightly foamy. Add macaroni cheese to eggs. Pour over meat mixture and mix thoroughly. Line pan with pie crust, fill with mixture. Place crust on top. Seal edges. Prick with fork. Bake about 90 minutes.
