6 pork chops -- 3/4" thick
Salt & pepper
2 T oil
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup rice
2 9-oz pkgs frozen green beans, partially thawed
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 tsp dill seed

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

About 1 hour before serving, brown chops and pour off drippings. In same skillet, heat chicken broth and salt to boiling, remove from heat. Stir in rice. Add green beans in a layer. Then add undiluted mushroom soup and dill seed. Top with pork chops and cover. Bake 45 minutes until tender.
