Rhubarb
Unbaked pie shell
1/2 c sugar

2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 T. butter
Pinch of salt
2 T. cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Cut rhubarb fine and put in unbaked pie shell.
Pour 1/2 c. sugar over rhubarb.

Beat 2 eggs well; add 1c. sugar, 1 T. butter, pinch of salt, and 2 T. cornstarch.
Mix well and stir over rhubarb.

Bake 375F.
