Mix in order listed:

¼ C. Confectioners Sugar
⅛ tsp. Salt
1 C. Flour
½ C. Butter

Bake in an 8" square cake pan for 15 minutes at 350º.
Remove from oven and spread with following mixture:

1 C. Sugar
½ tsp. Baking Powder
⅛ tsp. Salt
2 Eggs (slightly beaten)
2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice and rind

Return to oven and bake 20 minutes longer at 350º. When cookie mixture is cold spread with glaze.

¾ C. Powdered Sugar
1 Tbsp. Butter (softened)
