2 c. sugar
2 T. butter
Juice of 2 lemons & grated rind of lemon

3 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Boil until sugar is almost dissolved.

Then add 3 well beaten eggs slowly adding & stirring rapidly.

Cook and stir until thickened.

If doing this on the stovetop put in double boiler.
I do it in the microwave.

Keep in refrigerator. Good on toast.

Doubled makes 3 pints.
