1 C. Evaporated Milk
1 C. Sugar
3 Egg Yolks
1 Stick Butter
1 Tsp. Vanilla
1⅓ C. Dried Coconut (1 Can)
1 C. Chopped Pecans

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine milk, sugar, egg yolk, butter, and vanilla.
2. Cook over low heat stirring constantly until thickened (about 12 minutes.)
3. Add coconut and chopped pecans beat until thick enough to spread.
