1 package (20.5 ounce) Betty Crocker walnut brownie mix
1 7 ounce package of flaked coconut
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
2 eggs

Frosting:
1 - 6 ounce package of semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tablespoon butter

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350º
2. Grease bottom only of a 13"x9" cake pan
3. Prepare brownies according to package directions (except add 2 eggs)
4. Spread 2/3 of the brownie mixture in the cake pan
5. Mix coconut, condensed milk and vanilla together in separate bowl
6. Spoon coconut mixture over dough in pan, spread evenly
7. Spread remaining of brownie mixture on top.
8. Bake 40 to 45 minutes and then cool

9. Melt chocolate chips and butter in 1 quart sauce pan over low heat, stirring frequently, until chips are melted.
10. Spread on top of cooled baked brownies.
