1 C flour
1/2 C butter
1/4 C powdered sugar
1 C sugar
4 tsp. grated lemon zest
2 T. fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 T. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, butter and powdered sugar. Press into an ungreased 9 x 9 inch baking dish. Bake at 350º for 15-20 minutes or until barely golden. In the meantime, mix the remaining ingredients until well blended. Pour over cooked crust and bake for another 25 minutes.

These are Matt's favorite and I haven't found a recipe for them that I like better. They are nice and "lemon-y"!
