Salad Ingredients
-1 large head nappa cabbage
-1 bunch scallions
Sesame Noodle Fry Ingredients
-1/2 cup butter
-1/2 cup sesame seeds
-1 small pack slivered almonds
-2 packages crushed ramen noodles (discard seasoning packet)
Dressing Ingredients
-3/4 vegetable oil
-1 cup sugar
-1/2 cup rice vinegar
-2 teaspoons soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in pan and fry crushed noodles, sesame seeds, and almonds until golden brown. Set aside.
Wash and julienne nappa cabbage and scallions. Make Dressing. Combine salad, fried noodle mix, and dressing just before serving.
