Ingredients: 2 cups boiling water 1 pkg (8-serving size) or 2 pks (4-serving size) Jello Brand Lemon Flavor Gelatin 1/2 cup cold water 1-1/2 cups cold milk 1 pkg (4-serving size) Jello Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding & Pie Filling 2 tsps rum extract 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg 2 cuts thawed Cool Whip Non-Dairy Whipped Topping

Directions:Stir boiling water into gelatin in large bowl 2 minutes or until completely dissolved. Stir in cold water. Cool to room temperature.
Pour milk into medium bowl. Add pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk about 30 seconds. Immediately stir into cooled gelatin until smooth. Stir in rum extract and nutmeg. Refrigerate about 1-1/4 hours or until slightly thickened (consistency of unbeaten egg whites). Gently stir in whipped topping with wire whisk until smooth and creamy. Pour into tree mold or 5-cup mold.
Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Unmold.
Garnish as desired. |
