2 sticks butter
4 cups sugar
1 cup milk
25 large or 100 small marshmallows
12 oz. bag of milk chocolate chips
12 oz. bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter. Add in sugar and milk. Stir just until warm. Add marshmallows, stir until a slight boil. Turn off heat and add chocolate and vanilla. Stir until chocolate is melted and smooth. Pour into a buttered 15x7in. pan. Cool and cut into squares.

This is an excellent fudge recipe. I have made it for years every Christmas and everyone loves it. I usually have to make a second pan.
