4 lbs. frozen sweet corn
2 8oz cream cheese
1 stick butter
3/4 cup heavy cream
4 Tbls. sugar
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Throw all the ingredients into a crockpot on medium or low for at least 4 hours. Do not over salt. Over-salting will ruin this dish.

We first had Rudy's corn when we visited our daughter in Texas at Rudy's Barbecue. We loved it so much that we hunted for the recipe. This recipe makes a lot, so make sure you make it for a crowd.
