1 3-oz lime Jello
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup boiling water
1 can (14-1/4 oz) chunk or sliced pineapple
Pineapple or orange juice
1 cup plain yogurt

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve gelatin and sugar in boiling water in mixer bowl. Drain pineapple, reserving juice in measuring cup. Add extra pineapple or orange juice to make 1 cup. Add to gelatin mixture.

Add yogurt and beat with mixer until smooth. Chill to consistency of raw egg white and beat again until fluffy. Arrange drained pineapple in bottom of shallow serving dish. Spoon in gelatin mixture and chil til firm.
