3 pounds cooked chicken, chopped
1 tbsp. seasoning salt
1 quart chicken stock
8 hamburger buns, crumbled in food processor
3 eggs
4 ounces margarine
¾ cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium size kettle, bring chicken stock to a boil and then simmer. In a separate bowl, melt butter and add the flour to combine until pasty. Add to the chicken stock.
In a separate pan, place the chopped chicken, salt, bread and eggs. Pour chicken stock over it and combine all ingredients together. Refrigerate until cooled.
Form into 3 ounce patties and serve with chicken gravy.
