1 can black beans, rinsed and drained 2 mango
1 bell pepper
1 avocado
2 jalapeño peppers, seeded and minced (optional) 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
1 tsp grated lemon rind
2 TBS lemon juice
1 TBS honey 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine black beans and next 5 ingredients in a glass bowl. Whisk together rind and remaining ingredients in a small bowl and drizzle over bean mixture. Toss gently to coat. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
