Lemons to make one cup of juice
1 Cup Sugar
6 Cups cold water

Directions:
Juice enough lemons to make one cup of lemon juice. I place my lemons in hot water to draw the juice. You may also roll them on the counter top to help them make more juice. Add lemon juice; 1 cup sugar and 6 cups of water to make a gallon of fresh lemon juice. Serve over ice.

We have a lemon tree, which is always producing. I squeeze them. Measure out 1 cup each and freeze the juice. Easy to entertain this way.
