1 1/2 lbs. ground beef or turkey 1 1/4 tsp salt
1 egg
1 cup soft bread crumbs
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup steak sauce (Heinz 57)
1 onion chopped 1 bell pepper
1 garlic clove
(topping)
1/2 cup catsup
4 TB brown sugar 2 tsp dry mustard

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease a loaf pan or 9x13. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine meat, salt, egg, bread crumbs. 3. Pour in the milk, steak sauce, onion and bell pepper into a blender or chopper and chop fine. This makes it moist. then mix with other ingredients. 4. Place the mixture into the prepared loaf pan and bake for approx. 1 hour. Take out and mix the topping and put on top. Bake another 10-15 min.
