2 lbs. Ground Beef
1 lg. Onion
1 can Diced Tomatoes 14.5 oz.
1 can Tomato Paste 12 oz.
1 can Tomato Puree
2 tbsp. Chili Powder
1 tsp. Ground Cumin
1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 pkg. Corn Chips
2 c. Hot Cooked Rice

2 c. Shredded Cheese
1 med. Onion
2 c. Lettuce Shredded
3 med Tomatoes
1 c. Salsa

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet cook beef and onion until no longer pink. Add next 7 ingredients. Simmer for 1 1/2 hours.

Add beans and heat through. On a platter layer corn chips, rice, meat mixture, cheese, onion, lettuce, tomatoes. Spread salsa over the top.
