1 1/2 lb. chicken breasts
1 packet of taco seasoning
1 (16 oz.) jar of salsa
1 small onion
1 small green pepper
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken in crockpot, season with salt and pepper. Add packet of taco seasoning and jar of salsa on top of chicken.

Slice onion and green pepper to your desired size and add to crockpot.

Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4, until chicken is done and shreds easily with a fork. Shred chicken and stir to combine ingredients.
