1 16-oz bag coleslaw mix
1 20-oz can pineapple tidbits, drained (reserve 1 cup juice)
3 Granny Smith apples, peeled and diced
1 T. lemon juice
2 T. brown sugar
4 T. toasted almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the coleslaw mix, pineapple tidbits, and apples. In a separate bowl, mix together the lemon juice, brown sugar, toasted almonds and reserved pineapple juice. Pour the dressing over salad and toss to coat.

You can replace the canned pineapple tidbits with 1 1\2 cups diced fresh pineapple, and substitute 1 cup orange juice for the pineapple sauce.
