brownie scraps (about a cup)
1 ½ cups non-dairy whipped topping
¾ cup confectioner's sugar
5 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

Directions:
Directions:
Place a few scraps of brownie on the bottom of 10 mini decorative cups about a ⅓ of the way up. Set aside. In the bowl of a stand mixer, beat the non-dairy whipped topping until thick. Add confectioner's sugar and beat until just combined. set aside about ⅔ cup of cream. add cocoa powder to the remaining cream. Use a rubber spatula to scrape any excess off the top. Pipe the white cream over the chocolate cream.
