2-1/2 cups Bisquick baking mix
1/2 cup raisins
2/3 cup milk
2 T granulated sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon

VANILLA GLAZE

2/3 cup powdered sugar
1 T warm water
1/4 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450º

Mix all ingredients except vanilla glaze until dough forms; beat 20 strokes. Turn onto cloth-covered board well dusted with baking mix. Gently roll to coat; shape into ball. Knead 10 times.

Roll 1/2" thick. Cut with 2-1/2" cutter dipped in baking mix.

Bake on greased cookie sheet until golden brown, 8-10 minutes. Spread with vanilla glaze while warm.

VANILLA GLAZE:

Beat powdered sugar, water and vanilla until smooth.

HIGH ALTITUDE: Preheat oven to 375º. Decrease sugar to 1 T. Bake 9-11 minutes.
