Ingredients:  
8 oz. radishes
1 bunch fresh broccoli stems (remove the florets)
½ yellow pepper, finely diced
½ red pepper, finely diced
3 scallions, diced

Dressing:
3 T. oil
1 T. white wine vinegar
2 T. lemon juice
1 t. honey
1 t. Kosher salt
½ t. black pepper
1 cube frozen dill, or 1 t. chopped fresh dill

Directions:
Directions:
Shred radishes and broccoli stems. Transfer to a large bowl and add peppers and scallions. Combine all dressing ingredients. Whisk together and pour over salad. Toss well.
