2 C. sugar
2 eggs
1 C. oil
2 T. vanilla sugar
1 pkg 6-7 oz ground walnuts
1 pkg 6-7 oz ground filberts
(I sometimes switch the nuts-it doesn't affect the cookies)
2 C. potato starch
chocolate chips to taste (about ½ a cup)

Directions:

Cream sugar, eggs, oil, and vanilla till puffy. Add ground nuts and potato starch. Stir in chocolate chips.
Refrigerate for a while. Form balls (about a teaspoon size)and place on cookie sheet. Freeze for 10 minutes, then bake for 12 minutes on 350º. (I don't think you really need the freezing part, but it may help with keeping the form of the cookies.)
