1 pkg. of frozen or similar amt. of fresh flounder
salt
juice of 2 lemons
fresh parsley
1 green pepper, cut into slices
2 cloves of fresh garlic, cut into small pieces
1 egg
potato starch or matzah meal for coating fish
oil for frying
1 T. mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle fish with 1/2 of lemon juice and sprinkle salt. Coat fish with potato starch or matzah meal and dip into egg mixed with salt to taste. Fry fish on both sides until a little crusty and set aside. In saucepan place fish fillets, green pepper, parsley and minced garlic and add water to cover. Add juice of 1 lemon, salt to taste and cook on low flame until pepper is soft. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, take mayo, add juice of remaining 1/2 lemon, more salt to taste ( I add a drop of sugar) mix or blend and when fish is cool add mayo mixture to fish to make a sauce. Serve cold and enjoy!
