Directions:
Grease & flour a 13 x 9 x 2 " cake pan. Make cake mix as directed on package using ONLY egg whites, then add almond extract. Bake per package directions.

When still a little warm, poke holes in the cake with a fork. Warm coco lopez a little as it tends to congeal a bit. Pour coco lopez on top of cake. When cake is cool, top with sweetened condensed milk then flaked coconut. Best if made 1 day in advance.
