1 pkg. veal or beef sweet breads
1 large onion diced
1 potato diced
oil for sauteing
salt
¼ t. vinegar
1 med. size can of mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Boil water in saucepan, adding salt and vinegar and then add sweet breads. Cook for approx. 20 min until ½ way cooked and remove from pot and place on chopping board. Cut sweet breads into small pieces. Sauté onions, add sweet bread pieces and diced potatoes, add water to cover and add a little more salt and add mushrooms. Cook covered for another 15-20 minutes on medium to small flame until sweet breads and potatoes are soft. Can be served on top of mashed potatoes or just plain.
