1 teaspoon cream of tartar
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/8 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 stick butter
1 egg
vanilla
1 tablespoons cinnamon
1/3 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
In a small bowl combine cinnamon and white sugar
In a medium size bowl combine flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt
In a separate bowl combine sugar and softened butter
Then add egg and vanilla
Slowly fold dry ingredients into wet
Roll into 1 inch balls and coat in cinnamon sugar mixture
Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes
