1 cup plus 2 T nonfat dry milk
cup warm water
c sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Add 1 cup plus 2 T nonfat dry milk to cup warm water. Mix well, set in a pan of hot water and stir in cup sugar, stirring to dissolve the sugar.
This equals one can of condensed milk.
