1 cup plus 2 T nonfat dry milk
½ cup warm water
¾ c sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Add 1 cup plus 2 T nonfat dry milk to ½ cup warm water. Mix well, set in a pan of hot water and stir in ¾ cup sugar, stirring to dissolve the sugar.
This equals one can of condensed milk.
