1 cup butter
½ cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1¾ cup flour
¾ cup powdered sugar
1 tsp soda
¼ tsp salt
1 cup chopped pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar, add egg and vanilla. Sift together flour, powdered sugar, soda and salt. Add to butter mixture. Stir in pecans. Place by spoonful onto parchment lined cookie sheet. Bake at 375º for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned.
