PIZZA DOUGH:

In a large mixing bowl (stand mixer preferably) stir yeast and honey into warm water. Sit for 5 minutes. Pour in salt, oil and the flour and mix with dough hook. Knead in mixer for 5 minutes. Dough should have cleaned the bowl well, if not had small amount of flour and keep kneading. Split dough in half if only using half and freeze remaining portion to thaw and use at a later date. Lightly grease dough and bowl and cover with clean towel to rise 1-2 hours.

CHEESY GARLIC BREAD STICKS

Preheat oven to 500 degrees with pizza stone inside. Mix butter and garlic and set aside. Spread dough onto 12 inch circle of parchment paper so it is easy to transfer to hot pan. Spread butter mixture and then sprinkle both cheeses. Top with sprinkle of salt and pepper. Bake 9-10 minutes or until golden and bubbly. Enjoy!
