Macaroni Fruit Salad Recipe

3 eggs
1 large can crushed pineapple
cup lemon juice
2 Tbls. flour
1 cup sugar
pinch of salt
1 small box macaroni rings, cooked
6 bananas, sliced
pint whipping cream
1-2 Tbls sugar

Drain pineapple, reserving liquid.

In a heavy pan, cook reserved pineapple juice, lemon juice, flour and sugar. Beat eggs and add slowly. Cook until bubbly and thickened. Cool.

Combine macaroni, pineapple and dressing in a bowl. Chill. A couple of hours serving, whip cream until peaks form. Sweeten to taste with sugar. Slice bananas in additional lemon juice. Add to pineapple mixture and fold in whipped cream. Chill for 2-3 hours for flavors to blend.
