1 Vidalia or sweet yellow onion chopped
1 large can Rotel
1 small can chopped green chilis
1/2 bundle of green onions, chopped fine
can of corn, drained
handful of fresh cilantro, chopped
one lime, juiced
1 cup sugar
1 can black beans, drained (optional)



Directions:

Chop, mix and allow to rest for an hour. Chill and serve with tortilla chips or as a condiment.
