1½ cup dried ginger
¾ tsp dry mustard
¾ tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
⅓ cup oil
⅓ cup soy sauce

Directions:
Blend together. Pour over steaks (or chicken) and turn to coat. Allow to marinate in refrigerator for 1-4 hours
