⅓ cup dry buttermilk **
2 Tbls. dried parsley
1½ tsp dried dill weed
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. onion powder
2 tsp. dried onion flakes
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. dried chives
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Whisk all ingredients together until blended. (For a finely-ground seasoning mix, pulse the mixture in a food processor) Store in an airtight container in refrigerator.

To make Ranch Dressing: Combine 1 Tbls. seasoning mix with ⅓ cup mayo and ⅓ cup milk, whisk to combine. Greek yogurt could be substituted for mayo. **Or, you can omit buttermilk powder and use fresh buttermilk, or just use the straight spices.

3 Tablespoons of mix = 1 packet of store-bought seasoning mix.
