2 1/2 lbs. of beef [bottom round] , 1 clove garlic , 2 3/4 boiling water , 1 sm. onion , 1 cup of tomatoes chopped ,
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce , 4 sm. potatoes cut into small pieces , green beans , 2 sm. carrots , peas. salt and pepper to taste . 1/2 cup of white wine

salt and pepper with flour in bag add beef, coat ....brown in pan with 3 tblsp. of fat until brown
use a big pot for this...
add onions,garlic ,water , tomatoes , salt an pepper , Worcestershire , simmer until tender...

add all vegetables and wine...cook for 2 hours....or until the beef falls a part...
