4-6 white potatoes
1/2 C sour cream
1/2 tsp ground cumin
6 slices of bacon fried and finely crumbled or use Bacon bits
1 tsp of instant minced onion
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 C milk
dash of pepper
2 T butter

Directions:
Directions:
Bake potatoes, 400 for 45minutes-1 hour. Slice potatoes in half lengthwise. Scoop out potatoes and mix with above ingredients; whip. Refill potato skins and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 375º for 25-30 minutes.
