8 large unpeeled baking potatoes, each cut into 8 wedges
1/2 C oil
2 T grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp of salt
1/2 t garlic powder
1/2 t paprika
1/4 t pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange potatoe wedges, peel side down in 2 shallow baking pans. Mix remaining ingredients and brush over potatoes. Bake in pre-heated oven at 375 for 45 minutes or until tender and golden brown. Brush occasionally with oil while baking.
