1-Egg, separated
6-oz Beer
1/4- Cup Milk

Beat together flour,egg yolk and beer, add milk. In a seperate bowl beat egg white until fluffy, fold in to the first mixture, add small amount of salt and stir
Bread fish and fry in hot oil
