4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 t. paprika
3 T. butter
2 t. finely chopped garlic
1 c. chicken broth
½ c. whipping cream
1 t. dried basil leaves
3 T. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400º. Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towel. Sprinkle with paprika and dash of salt and pepper on both sides.
Heat deep ovenproof skillet over medium heat. Add 1 T. butter. When melted, add chicken and cook 3 minutes on each side. Remove chicken from skillet to plate.
Return skillet to heat, immediately add remaining 2 T. butter. Add finely chopped garlic, stir quickly for 15 seconds. Add chicken broth, whipping cream, basil leaves and lemon juice. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to medium low. Simmer 5 minutes.
Return chicken to skillet. Bake 20 minutes or until juice of chicken is clear when the thickest part is cut (at least 165º). If desired serve with crusty french bread.
