10 bourbon grade B vanilla beanso
1 liter unflavored quality vodka

Directions:
Directions:
Split the beans lengthwise with a knife to within 1/2 inch of the end, leaving split bean intact at the bottom. Put beans in bottle of vodka and replace lid. Let sit and steep for eight weeks. Lightly shake bottle once a day for a week, then once a week for seven weeks. No its ready to use. When bottle gets low simply add more vodka. Eventually (about a year) add more beans.
